With the goal of providing Security, Prestige, Affection, Comfort and Edge to its Residents and Tenants, First Oceanic Property Management, Inc., created iFAE – integrated FOPM Automated Experience. A holistic Digital S.P.A.C.E. Experience, iFAE brings convenience to its residents like no other.
The development of iFAE (a homegrown online platform) started late 2018 when the iFAE visitor kiosks were used at the Alliance Global Tower in Uptown Bonifacio-Taguig City.
During this Pandemic, iFAE makes it convenient for the residents thru (1) Online bills payment where residents can view billings and pay ONLINE thru FOPM’s payment partners like Global Pay – Credit Card (Visa/Master/JCB) and bills payment via UnionBank. Further, to promote contactless payment, FOPM administered check drop boxes via iFAE kiosks.
(2) In order to stay updated with what is happening inside the community while residents/tenants are in their units, iFAE was visible thru it’s community announcements and Stay@Home Programs like partnering with free food and grocery delivery, discount on Internet services, and providing hospital and medical supplies directly to their condominiums.
