FOPM brings unparalleled convenience to property owners with ‘iFAE’

With the goal of providing Security, Prestige, Affection, Comfort and Edge to its Residents and Tenants, First Oceanic Property Management, Inc., created iFAE – integrated FOPM Automated Experience. A holistic Digital S.P.A.C.E. Experience, iFAE brings convenience to its residents like no other.

The development of iFAE (a homegrown online platform) started late 2018 when the iFAE visitor kiosks were used at the Alliance Global Tower in Uptown Bonifacio-Taguig City.

As of now, iFAE has three modules: the Kiosk for Visitor Management, the iFAE Web Application for Customer Service, and the Online Bills Payment for Finance. Unlike other digital platform of property management companies, the use of iFAE is FREE for all residents and tenants.
Prior to iFAE, manual log sheets were used. Now FOPM Managed Properties, through iFAE’s Kiosk, are using a system with heightened digital controls. Using the kiosk has three steps: Registering of information; Receiving the automatically printed sticker – QR code with floor level as an added security feature, and giving back the Visitor’s ID.
The iFAE Kiosk is also a big help for resident and tenants who receive visitor on their floors since there is an email prompt to the owner that a visitor is arriving. This was further proven by the feedback that came from AGT’s 17th floor (Megaworld Client Relations Group) saying that they appreciate the email prompt, giving them enough time to personally greet the arriving clients.
 

During this Pandemic, iFAE makes it convenient for the residents thru (1) Online bills payment where residents can view billings and pay ONLINE thru FOPM’s payment partners like Global Pay – Credit Card (Visa/Master/JCB) and bills payment via UnionBank. Further, to promote contactless payment, FOPM administered check drop boxes via iFAE kiosks.

(2) In order to stay updated with what is happening inside the community while residents/tenants are in their units, iFAE was visible thru it’s community announcements and Stay@Home Programs like partnering with free food and grocery delivery, discount on Internet services, and providing hospital and medical supplies directly to their condominiums.
