The Alliance Global Tower, home to Megaworld employees and other companies under the Alliance Global Group, Inc. (AGI), has come alive this week when Megaworld employees physically returned to work following months of being stuck at home due to the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ).
Other satellite offices in McKinley Hill, Newport City and Eastwood City have also been identified as the temporary homes of other employees as the country continues to battle the COVID-19 pandemic.
Employees from the real estate arm of AGI have resumed work provided that they pass the company’s rapid antibody testing for COVID-19.
Compliant to existing COVID-19 protocols, the company has been testing all employees and agency personnel set to return to work physically. The rapid antibody test for COVID-19 is a screening test that measures the presence of antibodies against SARS COV 2, the causative agent of COVID-19. RT-PCR, however, is still the gold standard to diagnose COVID-19.
The company has also set guidelines to make sure that the safety and security of employees remain a priority.
As majority of the businesses gradually return to work, everyone must continue to remain cautious while doing what we can to get through this #NewReality.
